Join me for a demonstration class that’s sure to strengthen your vegetable-cooking skills. We’ll talk about selection, storage, and prep tips for the world’s healthiest vegetables, highlighting techniques that make brassicas shine. The menu includes Charred Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Fig Glaze, Roasted Cauliflower with Salsa Verde, Kohlrabi and Broccoli Stalk Slaw, Tatsoi and Blueberry Salad.  A signed copy of Brassicas is included in the $40 class price.
